Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. If you are unsure about the eligibility of an item, please contact us before initiating a return.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, you must send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you may be responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct product in a timely manner.
Damaged or Defective Items
